Her highly effective and individualized programs allow clients of all age groups, backgrounds and abilities to make dramatic transformations.

Sarah loves hiking, cross country running, painting and a good cup of coffee! She also works for Pine Cove Christian Camp in the summer helping kids grow in their faith, find community among fellow Christians and explore the outdoors with exciting activities likes wake boarding, horseback riding, ropes courses and more!
