MBB Fitness is here to help you lift and tone those TA- TA's! Push-ups are one of the best ways to tone and lift your chest.  It's also a great overall arm and core workout.  Let's unleash the beast inside of us and start the 30 day Push-Up Challenge!

The Rules.

  1. NO whining :)
  2. You don't have to complete the entire work out session at once. If necessary, break it up throughout the day so as long each days exercises are completed.  
  3. Have fun and keep the end result in mind!

The Challenge!

Day 1: 15 push-ups

Day 2: 15 push-ups and 10 wide hand push-ups

Day 3: 15 push-ups, 10 wide hand push-ups and 10 diamond push-ups

Day 4: 20 push-ups and 10 single leg raise push-ups

Day 5: 20 push-ups, 10 single leg raise push-ups and 10 corkscrew push-ups

Day 6: 30 push-ups

Day 7: 30 push-ups, and 15 spider man push-ups

Day 8: 30 push-ups, 15 spider man push-ups and 20 second hold isometric push-up

Day 9: 40 push-ups

Day 10: 40 push-ups, 20 yoga push-ups

Day 11: Rest or You can challenge yourself to doing 50 push-ups

Day 12: 40 push-ups, 20 yoga push-ups and 15 explosive push-ups

Day 13: 50 push-ups

Day 14: 50 push-ups and 20 dive bombers

Day 15: 50 push-ups, 20 dive bombers, 20 staggered push-ups on both right and left side

Day 16: 60 push-ups

Day 17: 60 push-ups and 30 rotational push-ups

Day 18: 60 push-ups, 30 rotational push-ups and 60 more push-ups

Day 19: 70 push-ups

Day 20: 70 push-ups and 30 explosive push-ups

Day 21: REST OR stay a beast and tackle 80 push-ups

Day 22: 70 push-ups, 30 explosive push-ups and 30 yoga push-ups

Day 23: 80 push-ups

Day 24: 80 push-ups and 40 diamond push-ups

Day 25: 80 push-ups, 40 diamond push-ups and 40 dive bombers

Day 26: 90 push-ups

Day 27: 90 push-ups, 15 explosive FULL BODY push-ups

Day 28: 90 push-ups, 15 explosive FULL BODY push-ups and 30 corkscrew push-ups

Day 29: Rest or keep on the Super Woman attitude and do 100 push-ups

Day 30: 100 push-ups in under 2 minutes
